- This booking site is strictly for Dutch clients
- Slots are released on the 15th of every month at 12pm. If I am fully booked a squeeze in fee will be charged.
- Wash & blowdry own hair before appointment.
- All closure and frontals need to be received 5 days prior to the appointment.
- Wigs, weave and other extensions are clean and dry before install. Please this is important to achieve your desired look. Additional charges will be applied for not adhere to this requirement.
- All squeeze-ins and appointments after 7pm or before 8am are €40.
- Weekend fee is €50
- Remaining balances are required in cash
- Cancellations can be done till 24h
- No show will be black listed and 50% charged
- Late fee €10 will be charged after 10 minutes.
- After 20 min appointment will be cancelled due to tight schedule and 50% is charged
- If you wish to order hair from us kindly send us an email with your preferences and booking date or book a combo deal through the website.
- T-zone wigs, thick knots and bad lace are not accepted, your appointment will be cancelled. If you don't know the difference kindly send a picture to our WhatsApp and avoid any confusion.
Bringing Your Own Bundles, wigs and lace:

We understand that some clients prefer to bring their own bundles, wigs and laces for their hair appointments. While we are happy to work with the hair you provide, please be aware that this comes with certain precautions.
**Disclaimer:** When using your own bundles and laces, we cannot guarantee the final outcome, as the quality, texture, and condition of the hair may differ from what we typically use. If we are unable to achieve your desired look due to the hair you have provided, **we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued**. Additionally, if the hair becomes damaged during the process, **we will not be liable** for any replacement or compensation.
To ensure the best results, we recommend using our hair. You may also discuss your options with us before your appointment. Our goal is to help you achieve the look you want, but please understand that using your own hair may come with limitations.

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks.
Do not duplicate, resell or copy any services at beautybarnld. When making an appointment you agree to leave your name, address and phone number.
Refund
All services provided are non refundable. However if you do receive a unit/product with a fault we are happy to exchange or find a solution for the item. All extensions are non refundable. All classes are non refundable. All payments including deposits are non refundable.
Booking and rescheduling
When rescheduling more than once, your deposit will not be transferred to the new appointment.
